Seller financing

Payments over time, agreed with the seller

In seller financing, the seller may accept payments over time instead of the full price at closing. That arrangement is with the seller. It is not the same as a bank mortgage.

What that means

A bank mortgage is a loan from a lender. Seller financing is different: the seller, not a bank, may agree to be paid over time. OpenPath is not a lender and does not make that loan.

Seller financing is not available on every home. It depends on the specific property and on whether that seller wants to offer it.

The only terms that count are the ones written into an agreement. A conversation, a listing note, or this page does not create terms.

OpenPath is not a lender and does not guarantee financing, approval, or a sale.
