What a public form is for
When you submit a public form, OpenPath records the details you provide so a person can review a buyer profile, a property, an agent introduction, or an investor portfolio.
Forms can also store the page you landed on, a referring address, and campaign tags such as source and UTM values. Those tags explain how you arrived. They are not sold as a list from this page.
Seller financing facts you leave blank stay unknown. OpenPath does not ask you to publish another person's private loan information.
Email messages OpenPath sends include a way to stop them. Use Email preferences in the footer.
This page describes the public forms. It is not a full legal privacy policy and it does not name a separate legal entity, license, or postal address.
